Chicken Asparagus Bake
Most everyone loves chicken and asparagus so this dish will become a crowd favorite very quickly. This recipe takes just over a half hour to prep and cook. Just remember to use “low sodium chicken broth” to keep the dish as healthy as possible. Asparagus is really good for you as it contains fiber, folate, vitamins A, C, E and K, as well as chromium.
  • 3.5 ounces organic chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 ounces organic asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth or water
  • 1 clove organic garlic crushed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons organic onion, chopped
  • pinch of paprika
  •   sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
  • place chicken and asparagus into a small baking dish
  • pour the broth or water over chicken and aspargus
  • season with the paprika, sea salt and pepper
  • bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot
  • serve direct to table in the baking dish
