Italian Meatballs with Miracle Noodles
All we can say about this HCG friendly recipe is, “Bring it on!” This one is totally delicious in every way and you are sure to surprise your friends and family when you tell them it is low calorie, fat free and super healthy for you. You can use one piece of plain Melba Toast with this recipe but be very sparing with that to stay within the confines of the HCG Protocol.
  • 3.5 ounces organic lean ground beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
  • 1 piece of melba toast, crumbed
  • 1 package of Miracle Noodles
Preparation Steps
  • pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • combine the meat, melba toast crumbs and spices and mix thoroughly
  • form the mixture into small balls
  • bake the meatballs covered in marinara sauce* for 20 - 30 minutes
  • serve the meatballs hot over the Miracle Noodles**
  • garnish with a sprig of fresh basil and a slice of fresh lemon
