Spicy Chicken and Green Beans
Featuring boneless, skinless chicken breast and fresh organic green beans, this recipe hits the mark for great flavor and ease of preparation.   • 4 ounces organic chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 1 cup organic green beans, halved
  • 1 organic red chili, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 clove organic garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper ( or to taste )
Preparation Steps
  • boil or steam beans until tender, but still crisp, then set to one side side
  • heat lemon juice in a pan
  • sprinkle the paprika over the chicken strips
  • add chicken strips to the pan and sauté, until almost cooked through
  • add the garlic and Bragg’s liquid aminos and stir to coat the chicken
  • reduce by half, add the green beans and season with salt and the lemon pepper
  • stir until cooked
  • plate all ingredients and sprinkle the chopped chili over the top
  • garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley
