Spicy Crab Salad
Nothing quite beats the flavor of fresh crab meat. This delicious concoction combines the best of the seafood with some wonderful support ingredients, especially Bragg’s liquid aminos. Use this gluten free condiment to replace regular soy sauce and to add extra zip to all of your HCG friendly dishes. Delish!
  • 3.5 ounces fresh crab meat ( not farmed )
  • 3 - 4 green salad leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup organic cucumber, diced
  • 2 organic red cocktail tomatoes, deseeded and diced
  • 2 organic yellow cocktail tomatoes, deseeded and diced
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  •   sea salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
  • toss the crab meat with onion, spices, and liquid ingredients
  • let the crab mixture marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes or more
  • dice the cucumber and tomatoes and then drizzle with a dash of apple cider vinegar and season with sea salt and pepper
  • mix the crab mix and the cucumber mix together
  • serve crab salad over your choice of green salad leaves
  • garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley and a slice of fresh lemon
